Turning export into an operation that runs
Not a software sale, not a website build. From overseas lead generation and customer development through CRM, AI quoting, orders and production — joining the whole chain and getting your team using it, in six phases with defined outputs.
Business diagnosis
- Products and capacity
- Team structure
- Current channels and pricing
Market positioning
- Target countries
- Target customer types
- Positioning and competitive review
Digital assets
- Overseas website
- Product and project content
- SEO architecture
Acquisition channels
- Google / Meta / LinkedIn
- Content and assets
- Outbound cadence
System rollout
- CRM and quoting setup
- Orders linked to production
- Roles, permissions and data
Ongoing optimization
- Follow-up and sales process
- Data review
- Continuous iteration
It doesn't end at handing over logins — every step has a defined output and a review point.
Export isn't a feature.
It's a chain from first contact to delivery.
Most window manufacturers aren't missing one piece of software — the chain is broken in several places: inquiries go unanswered, customer records live on personal phones, quoting depends on one experienced colleague, and the order gets retyped again for the workshop. Rollout is about joining those links.
Overseas lead generation
Site, content and channels, so buyers can find you at all
Customer development
Reaching target buyers and turning leads into conversations
CRM
Customer records and follow-ups belong to the company, not a phone
AI design & quoting
Drawing, vision recognition, automatic BOM — a quote on the spot
Order management
A confirmed quote becomes an order without re-entering the configuration
Production
Orders feed material calculation, scheduling, purchasing and inventory
Export operations
Multilingual communication, multi-currency quotes and documents on one dataset
Team adoption
On-site coaching and role-based training so the process is actually used
The operation runs
Regular review and adjustment until the chain turns on its own
The system makes the work completable. The team makes it actually run. Do only one of them and you don't get an operation.
What each phase actually delivers
The failure mode of implementation work is doing a lot and being unable to say what was delivered. Here is what you physically hold at the end of each phase.
- 01
Business diagnosis
- Current-state review (products, capacity, team, channels)
- Prioritized issue list
- A concrete first-phase recommendation
- 02
Market positioning
- Target markets and buyer profiles
- Competitive and price-band analysis
- Product positioning recommendation
- 03
Digital assets
- Overseas site live
- Product and project content written
- SEO structure and index submission
- 04
Acquisition channels
- Channel accounts and campaign structure
- Content calendar
- Outreach and follow-up templates
- 05
System rollout
- System configured and usable
- Products, profiles and BOM rules imported
- Roles, permissions and data migration
- Role-based operator training
- 06
Ongoing optimization
- Dashboard and key metrics
- Monthly review record
- Recommendations for the next phase
What you need to put in
Almost every failed rollout we've seen failed on the client side, not the plan. So we say this upfront — without the following, this is unlikely to work.
A decision-maker
Not full delegation to us. Market choice, pricing strategy and product trade-offs have to be your calls.
Real product data
Profile specs, hardware, BOM rules, drawings and prices. If the data isn't real, neither are the results.
At least one internal owner
Someone to work through configuration, data cleanup and training — and push adoption internally.
Sustained investment and patience
Overseas acquisition does not pay off in a month. Channels, content and conversion all take time to compound.
What we don't do
Stating the boundaries beforehand is worth more than explaining them afterwards:
- No consulting that delivers a report and stops there
- We don't pick your markets for you — we give the analysis, you decide
- No promises on time-to-results or inquiry volume
- We won't push a system live on data we know isn't real
Start with a diagnosis, then decide how to roll out
Whether you are just starting to export or already have an export team, we can analyze it with you first: which markets suit your products, what is missing today, and what to do next.
Get the assessment first, then decide whether to work with us.
