About HaiTu AI

One industry: doors and windows

Why we focus on this industry, why we work on both the system and overseas growth, how the team is organized, where the product capability comes from, and how we differ from a dev shop.

Why only doors & windows

Going deep in one industrybeats skimming ten.

Doors and windows are made to order. Mullion layout, profile, glass and hardware differ unit by unit, and the same dimensions with a different opening type produce an entirely different bill of materials. Generic management software cannot route around that — its data model has no concept of a window type.

So we didn't take a generic system and bend it to fit window factories. We went the other way: learn how the business actually works, then design the system from that. The chain from drawing to BOM to quote to production follows how a real factory operates, not how a requirements document describes it.

The cost of serving one industry is a smaller market. The benefit is depth that generic software can't reach. We chose the second.

Why these three

System, growth and AI —none of them is enough alone.

The real problem is rarely confined to one stage. The best system is useless without customers; and when customers do arrive, slow quoting still loses the order. So we work on all three together.

Door & window software

The foundation for internal efficiency. If drawing, BOM, quoting, orders and production don't connect, nothing upstream can hold an order. This is where we've invested longest.

Overseas growth

Domestic growth has slowed — that's simply the situation. Overseas buyers want what Chinese manufacturing offers; what's missing is the ability to keep finding them and convert inquiries into orders.

AI

AI here isn't a talking point. Drawing recognition, reverse-engineering BOM formulas, customer intent scoring, follow-up scripts — all embedded in daily workflow.

Team and partners

What we do ourselves, and who we do it with.

We don't pretend to do everything in-house. Here is what our own team owns and what long-term partners handle.

Product & engineering

System architecture, CAD workbench, formula engine and AI capabilities are built and maintained by our own team.

Industry knowledge

Profiles, glass, hardware, BOM rules and factory workflow — the prerequisite for designing any of this.

Export & web

Strategy, overseas and multilingual sites, and door & window content are handled in-house.

Partner agencies

Ad campaign execution, regional resources and platform-specific media buying sit with long-term partners.

Product and delivery

We have our own product, not a queue of one-off projects.

The simplest test of whether a company really builds product: does it have something it keeps investing in and evolving. Each of the following can be checked on the spot.

  • Door & window CAD workbench

Mullion layouts, casement, sliding and folding, arched and irregular shapes, combined and corner units, with 3D preview and top view.

  • DXF export to AutoCAD

1:1 in millimeters — open it in your own AutoCAD and check the dimensions.

  • In-house formula engine

Expands the bill of materials from the window type, with custom rules and BOM snapshots.

  • AI drawing recognition

Reads dimensions and window types from images and multi-page PDF drawings, then lays them out.

  • This website

Bilingual, per-page hreflang, server-side lead handling — built and maintained by us.

How we differ from a dev shop

The difference isn't price. It's how the work is done.

A dev shop builds to your specification and stops at handover. A few practical differences in how we work:

A typical dev shop

HaiTu AI

Builds what the spec says, even when the spec is wrong

Looks at how your factory runs first, and says so if the logic doesn't hold

The project ends at sign-off

The product keeps evolving, and rollout includes coaching and review

Relies on you for industry knowledge

We already know the business — you don't teach it from scratch

Either builds software or runs marketing

Builds the system and the acquisition side so the two connect

Says yes to everything

Writes what we can't do directly on the website

HaiTu AI is the door & window brand of Haitusi Network Technology.

Wondering whether we can help? Start with an assessment

Whether you are just starting to export or already have an export team, we can analyze it with you first: which markets suit your products, what is missing today, and what to do next.

Get the assessment first, then decide whether to work with us.
